I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was beautiful with lovely flowers along the access road and great views. The room, opposite the staff maintenance shed, was superb, but a bit dated and could use a refresh. The service from the friendliest staff was top-notch, although there were instances of being unpolite and defensive. The dining was good with a nice small sandy beach and free water activities, but it was adequate. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

My room was directly opposite the staff maintenance shed but surprisingly superb. It was spacious enough for a family of four and had an enormous bath.

I had an amazing view of the azure sea and the island of Tavolara from many rooms and public areas. The hotel has two levels, with a sitting area and separate dressing area; however, the rooms were not available for us during our stay.

The staff, from the shuttle to the port to the return boat trip and the restaurant service, take a very personal and professional interest in maintaining the appearance of the hotel. The place was impeccably clean, although some staff members were not as enthusiastic except for one young girl who was exceptional and made our stay enjoyable.
