I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was beautiful with lovely flowers along the access road and great views. The room, opposite the staff maintenance shed, was superb, but a bit dated and could use a refresh. The service from the friendliest staff was top-notch, although there were instances of being unpolite and defensive. The dining was good with a nice small sandy beach and free water activities, but it was adequate. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with some room for improvement in terms of amenities. The service is generally helpful but could use some enthusiasm. The location is very convenient with a nice view, and the dining options are varied. The facilities are decent, providing a good overall experience.
I had an amazing view of the azure sea and the island of Tavolara from many rooms and public areas. The hotel has two levels, with a sitting area and separate dressing area; however, the rooms were not available for us during our stay.
